Postal Delivery Fee

The Postal and Telegraph Company established the collection of the "Postal Dispatch" rate, which differs from each country, while this charge occurs in less than 1% of our shipments. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer, but we recommend that this amount be questioned along with the Post Office if it happens, after all it is undue collection in accordance with the Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC).


Import Taxes and Customs Duties

It is not SANSEZ's responsibility to collect taxes or customs fees. All purchases made in our online store may be subject to these charges. Currently purchases of up to 100 USD are not taxed according to the regulations of each country, depending on how the IRS evaluates.


International Delivery

Because it is an international purchase, it is important to observe the legislation of your country about this type of operation, taking into account that purchases are classified as "micro imports".


Delivery Deadline

All purchases made at the SANSEZ online store of international origin are delivered at home or in a postal unit, depending on the country of destination.

Prices and delivery times vary according to weight, shipping mode and country of destination, and you can estimate between 17 and 32 days after the posting.

Attention: In case your product is lost or for adverse reasons your purchase does not arrive at the place of destination within a maximum of 30 days, contact our team through the email contato@sansez.com.br for us to open a claim on the Post Office website, and the response may vary between 5 up to 15 business days. If your merchandise is confirmed the loss we offer two options, they are: the full refund of the purchase or the reshipment of the product (however, the customer will pay again the value of the shipment).

We offer a form of payment in our shop, credit card, by our international intermediary PayPal.


Before finalizing the purchase in our site, verify all the data and forms of payment, therefore, we cannot make payment change for reasons of security for the own client.


It is not possible to make change in the number of installments on the card due to bank security and the payment intermediary.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the website. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to new owners so we can continue to sell products to you.
